Pregnancy Calculator

Use OmniCalc's pregnancy calculator to estimate how far along a pregnancy is and how much time remains until the due date.

Pregnancy calculator

Track pregnancy progress, trimester, and time remaining.

Use either last menstrual period or a known due date to estimate how far along a pregnancy is, the current trimester, milestone timing, and days remaining.

Pregnancy progress uses a 280-day gestational timeline. With LMP, due date = LMP + 280 days. With a known due date, gestational start is estimated by working backward 280 days.

Why this result matters

What this calculator helps you answer

A pregnancy progress tracker focused on how far along the pregnancy is, trimester, due date progress, milestone timing, and days remaining rather than only estimating the due date itself. Use the tool above to enter a few clear inputs and get a practical answer you can use right away.

This pregnancy calculator helps users estimate weeks pregnant, trimester, due date progress, and key milestone timing from either a last menstrual period or a known due date. It stays distinct from a simpler due date calculator by centering the ongoing progress question: how far along am I right now?

Formula and method

How the calculation works

The calculator uses a standard 280-day gestational timeline. If LMP is used, due date is estimated by adding 280 days. If a known due date is used, gestational start is estimated by subtracting 280 days, then progress and trimester are measured against the selected as-of date.

Example

Example pregnancy progress estimate

If someone knows either the last menstrual period or a clinician-confirmed due date, the calculator can estimate how many weeks pregnant they are and how much of the pregnancy timeline has elapsed.

FAQ

Common questions about this calculator.

Short answers to the questions people often ask before or after using the tool.

Question

How is this different from the due date calculator?

The due date calculator centers the end-date estimate itself. This pregnancy calculator centers progress tracking: how far along the pregnancy is, which trimester it is in, and how much time remains.

Question

Should I use LMP or a known due date?

If you already have a clinician-confirmed due date, that can be more useful for progress tracking. If not, LMP provides a standard starting estimate.

Question

Does this replace medical guidance?

No. It is a planning tool and should not replace ultrasound-based dating or clinician advice.
